During this session, we’ll dive into the short-term vacation and property management industry, discussing current trends and insights. We’ll also explore the unique value that Check In Servicing brings to the table, including our innovative technology and automation tools. Plus, I’ll outline the various income opportunities available to you as a franchisee, ensuring you have a clear picture of what you can achieve with us. Looking forward to it!

Research & Information

As you move through the franchise process, you’ll have the opportunity to watch a series of informative videos we’ve created that cover essential topics, including:

  • Finding and securing properties to manage
  • Successfully attracting property guests
  • Making the most of our proprietary automation, software, training, and support
  • These videos are designed to address common questions and can be watched at your convenience, allowing you to absorb the information comfortably from home.

Interact with Leaders

As you get to know the ins and outs of starting a vacation rental management business, you’ll also have the chance to connect with some of our brand leaders. Speaking live with our senior executives will give you insight into the vision driving our corporate efforts and help you understand our brand’s role in the short-term rental industry.

Step 4

Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) review process

An FDD is a crucial document that all franchisors must provide to serious potential investors. Our FDD offers a comprehensive look at every aspect of our brand and your investment, including:

  • The history and key players behind Check In Servicing
  • The training and support you can expect from us
  • Your responsibilities as a franchisee
  • Your financial obligations to us
  • How your territory will be defined
  • Given the importance and depth of information in FDDs, you’ll have at least two weeks to review ours. We’re always available to answer any questions as you go through this informative document.

Gain Insight

A fantastic way to gain insights into franchising in general and our brand specifically is by speaking with current franchisees. We actively encourage this connection and include dedicated time for it in our franchise process. Hearing directly from owners who have successfully utilized our systems will give you valuable perspectives and help you feel even more confident about starting your own property management business.

The Final Step 6

As you near the end of your journey, our team will travel to meet you in person and learn more about your market and territory. Following that, we’ll present you with a franchise agreement and officially welcome you to the Check In Servicing family!
